Bernard Kersting is the Founder and Director of Austrack Migration Assistance Pty Ltd and practices as a Solicitor and Migration Agent in Brisbane, Queensland. He has a wealth of experience in helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals through legal practice and migration assistance.

In 2007, having been awarded his Juris Doctor Degree and Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Bond University in Queensland, Bernard was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2008 and subsequently was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2011.

Bernard’s experience in numerous industries – ranging from hospitality, commercial media, financial services and legal practice -both in Australia and overseas have provided him with an indispensible view as to the vast array of migration issues and legal disputes that confront clients in both their daily professional and personal lives. Possessing a “can do” attitude and a genuine desire to achieve the best result for his clients is central to his own personal ethos.

In addition to his continued professional development, Bernard participates in many corporate and charitable fund-raising events where he can exchange valuable opinions and ideas about Australian migration issues and policy with industry experts as well as establish corporate alliances for the benefit of his clients.
