In 2007, having been awarded his Juris Doctor Degree and Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Bond University in Queensland, Bernard was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2008 and subsequently was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2011.
Bernard’s experience in numerous industries – ranging from hospitality, commercial media, financial services and legal practice -both in Australia and overseas have provided him with an indispensible view as to the vast array of migration issues and legal disputes that confront clients in both their daily professional and personal lives.
